Call for Abstracts

  • Opening day
  • Submission deadline

The call for paper is open, welcoming contributions on the pandemic and on the prospects for employment recovery, but not only. In IREC traditions, papers with a comparative or international dimension are prioritised: research presented should be, if not comparative, at least comparable. The main topical clusters are:

• Industrial relations in the crisis and beyond
• New trade-offs between flexibility and security in labour markets and employment policy
• Trade union organising and mobilisation in difficult times
• Managerial practices and employer strategies
• Equality, diversity and new forms of inequality
• New technology, work organisation and labour markets
• The evolution of the EU social dimension
• Migrant labour
• Industrial relations theories

The deadline for abstracts (max 250 words) is the 30th of April 2021.

The call for abstracts is closed.
